Chrome hearts and glowing stars ✨
I was totally inspired by @_by_shelley for this design. I’m still new to so many techniques and I never thought about chrome paint with a topcoat and then erase the remaining chrome as Shelley demonstrated so I had to try and it gives such a wonderful effect 🙂
